At the same time as the investment programs within the Company, an acquisition policy has been implemented for other companies operating in the same market sector.

Four other companies are currently part of the Group, located in the province of Turin and Emilia Romagna, each with its own specialization that allows companies to complement each other and at the same time to provide customers with the highest product quality.

The companies are autonomous, with their own budgets but are closely connected for the realization of the quality policy.
