The Heat Treatments F G GRUPPO SpA is a commercial HT Company on the market from 1959 .
We own the Certifications as the following Norms
ISO 9001(Quality), EN 9100 (Aerospace), IATF 16949 (Automotive) and ISO 14001 (Enviroment).
We can offer different heat treatments : Carburizing , corbonitriding , gas nitriding , nitrocarburizing , Vacuum HT , Induction hardening , Laser hardening , normalizing, Annealing , Quench & Tempering , Shot Blasting , Aluminum Alloys HT .
Since 1984 , Over the years , our Company has pursued a policy of acquisition of business units in Piedmont and Emilia improving a wider offer in the different fields of heat treatment like PVD deposition , High Speed Steels , Tools Steels , Cast Iron ADI , Aluminum Alloys and other .
Siamo dotati di laboratorio metallurgico per eseguire prove di durezza, trazione e resilienza, e/o controllare le microstrutture con microscopio stereo, ottico e SEM.
The Company has a complete metallurgical Laboratory to make a series of Test like : hardness Test , Indentations , Microstructural analysis with optical , stereo Microscope and S.E.M. , Strength and Impact Test
It is NADCAP accredited for heat treatment
